Scott's Dream

Ever since leaving his hometown, Scott Gunty has been in search of a great pizza – deep dish in the classic style of downtown Chicago. In 2008, Scott combined his quest for the perfect pie with his passion for cooking, and Scott’s Chicago Pizza opened its doors here
in Flagstaff.

Scott’s traditional deep dish pizzas feature a delicious homemade cornmeal crust loaded with fresh toppings and finished off with Scott’s special chunky tomato sauce – a slice is a meal! Scott’s crispy thin crust is rolled by hand, topped with homemade sauce and piled with toppings right to the edge.
